9 (2+2+1+2+2) | | Spirit comments | The zero was for the few instances of dangerous play and several instances of insufficient contact avoidance. This was communicated and we did not feel an adequate adjustment was made. The 1 in rules knowledge was for us communicating that a stoppage is not an opportunity to discuss tactics and your response being ‘we know that but we’re going to keep talking’. We would welcome a conversation with your leadership to work together to create more enjoyable games in the future. | Had a productive discussion after the game, but felt like the feedback we received about physicality after the game didn’t match the in-game comments. The spirit captain gave us generic feedback mid-game, but there were no comments from individual match ups on field, which made it difficult for our players to determine what they needed to adjust. |
